Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff position located in Jodhpur. The Sales Staff will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product recommendations, showcasing jewelry collections, and ensuring a high level of service. Additional tasks include achieving sales targets, maintaining store presentation, managing inventory, and building strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in selling techniques, customer service, and relationship management Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist and engage with diverse customers Knowledge of jewelry trends and materials, such as Gold, Diamond, and Polki products Ability to handle inventory, organize displays, and ensure store cleanliness Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals
