Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff position located in Jodhpur. The Sales Staff will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product recommendations, showcasing jewelry collections, and ensuring a high level of service. Additional tasks include achieving sales targets, maintaining store presentation, managing inventory, and building strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in selling techniques, customer service, and relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist and engage with diverse customers
• Knowledge of jewelry trends and materials, such as Gold, Diamond, and Polki products
• Ability to handle inventory, organize displays, and ensure store cleanliness
• Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals
