Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Staff position. The Sales Staff will be responsible for attracting new members, providing facility tours, explaining membership options, and closing sales. Duties also include maintaining excellent relationships with current members, promoting gym programs and events, and assisting with maintaining a clean and organized facility environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential and current members.
• Sales and customer service experience, with the ability to confidently explain gym features and close membership sales.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with gym management and other team members on promotions and initiatives.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle scheduling, member follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving their fitness goals.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and membership management systems is a plus.
• Previous experience in fitness sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
