Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, hire, train, and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain smooth operations.
• Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure productivity and high morale.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract customers, increase store traffic, and boost profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment, and manage cost controls to meet budget goals.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily financial activities including sales tracking, budgeting, and reporting to senior management.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines.
• Foster a positive team environment and promote staff development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the foodservice or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic financial acumen for budgeting and sales analysis.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to the restaurant industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
