Salary: range from 2.40 LPA to 3.60 LPA. Industry: [Specify Industry, e.g., Toy Manufacturing] Location: Kondhwa Pisoli Road, Pune 411048. Job Summary: We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily operations in our slime manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a team and ensuring smooth production, packing, and shipment processes. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the packing team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Coordinate with the logistics team to get shipments ready for dispatch. Maintain production efficiency and ensure that daily targets are met. Ensure quality control and proper packaging of all slime products. Handle team management, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Maintain inventory records and ensure the availability of required packing materials. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace following company guidelines. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Experience in team handling and Store/warehouse floor management. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and leadership skills. The candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Benefits: Weekly Off: Sunday. Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
