Job Summary: We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily operations in our slime manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a team and ensuring smooth production, packing, and shipment processes. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the packing team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Coordinate with the logistics team to get shipments ready for dispatch. Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and proactive Assistant Factory Supervisor Mechanical Engineer to manage the mechanical production floor and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a mechanical engineering background and strong team leadership capabilities. Role & responsibilities Supervise day-to-day mechanical operations including fabrication, machining, assembly, and maintenance. Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure that production targets are met within time and quality constraints. Inspect mechanical systems and components for defects or deviations and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with departments such as Quality, Design, Maintenance, and Supply Chain for smooth operations. Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and production machinery. Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Maintain daily reports, shift handover logs, and production documentation. Lead and motivate a team of technicians and operators to achieve operational excellence. Apply lean manufacturing and 5S principles to improve efficiency and minimize downtime. Participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement preventive actions. Preferred Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. 8 years of minimum experience in a mechanical manufacturing environment; at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of mechanical production processes, machine tools (CNC, lathes, milling), and assembly operations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with manufacturing software (ERP/MRP systems), AutoCAD/SolidWorks is a plus. Working knowledge of health and safety regulations in an industrial setting. Working Conditions: Factory environment with exposure to machinery, tools, and occasional high noise levels. Standing, walking, or moving for extended periods may be required.
