Job Summary: We are seeking a highly disciplined and responsible individual to oversee warehouse operations. This role is ideal for a retired officer from Railway Police or any Government service, who brings leadership, integrity, and extensive experience in security and administration. The Warehouse In charge will be responsible for managing stock movement, supervising staff, maintaining records, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness across the warehouse. Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and movement. Oversee warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks. Ensure proper security and surveillance of goods and premises. Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments. Report any discrepancies, losses, or damages promptly. Implement procedures based on safety standards and government regulations. Train and mentor junior staff in standard operating procedures (SOPs). Preferred Candidate Profile: Retired personnel from Railway Police / Government Service (especially from logistics, security, or administrative departments). Age: Preferably below 65 years. Proven track record of discipline, reliability, and leadership. Basic knowledge of inventory handling and record-keeping. Physically fit and capable of handling on-ground supervision. Familiarity with warehouse/logistics operations is a plus (training will be provided if needed).
