We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Store Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store/warehouse in Bengaluru, IN. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, components, and finished products.
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliations.
Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders to replenish inventory as needed.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage and loss.
Oversee the receipt of incoming materials, verifying quantity and quality against purchase orders.
Coordinate the dispatch of finished products to customers and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and maintain necessary shipping and receiving documentation.
Organize the warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and implement/maintain warehouse safety and security protocols.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times and utilize inventory management software to track inventory and generate reports.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations and continuously improve warehouse processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with procurement, product, and manufacturing departments to ensure seamless operations and communicate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and other stakeholders.
Resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, or supplier concerns.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of managing inventory and strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP, Oracle, and MS Office.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of safety and security protocols in a warehouse setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a plus.
