Key Responsibilities  Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels related to wealth products (mutual funds, equities, portfolios, trusts, etc.).  Assist clients with transaction requests, account statements, portfolio valuations, trades, order status, etc.  Handle outbound calls when needed (e.g. follow-ups, proactive check-ins, renewals).  Resolve client complaints or escalate as needed, ensuring issues are resolved to client satisfaction and/or per SLA (service level agreements).  Maintain high standards of accuracy in documentation, data entry and record-keeping.  Cross-coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, risk, finance) to ensure client issues or requests are fulfilled smoothly.  Comply with all regulatory, compliance, KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and internal policy requirements.  Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.  Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics: response time, resolution time, client satisfaction scores, quality scores, etc.  Suggest process improvements or service enhancements where applicable. Qualifications & Skills  Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass); graduate degree preferred, especially in finance, commerce, or similar domain.
