Job Description

Sample responsibilities for this position include:
Strive to uphold all hygiene and sanitation regulations, ensuring that all equipment in the kitchens and dishwashing areas are clean and in good working order, being sure to report any deficienciesLead and supervise the Night Stewarding team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followedAssisting colleagues, steward management and culinary team to work to their greatest abilityAssist with food safety complianceAssist with food production complianceConduct training and retraining as necessaryMaintain effective business relationship with staffTour areas of responsibilities at least 2-4 times dailyResponsible for the maintenance and preventive maintenance of all kitchen and dish room equipmentFamiliarize yourself with Company Health and Safety Policies and ensure your areas promote and comply with them
