Job Description

Looking for a skilled Steward to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage table settings, ensure cleanliness, and maintain high standards of quality.
Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive and responsive to guests' needs.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety protocols, is essential.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
