This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Edtech or FMCG or Insurance, who have transitioned into or are looking to enter the fast-paced world of EdTech. You will be responsible for B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and lead generation through schools, institutions, and other education stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy Own end-to-end sales performance for the state - meet target Develop and execute regional B2B sales strategies aligned with national goals Lead generation and client acquisition via institutional partnerships (schools, colleges, tuition centers, etc.) Set KPIs and ensure consistent performance and motivation Drive productivity and adherence to process Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the education ecosystem Drive local alliances with government bodies, NGOs, and education trusts Conduct local workshops, events, seminars, and webinars to promote course offerings for partner institutions Market Development:- Analyze regional trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Identify growth opportunities and execute region-specific campaigns Drive visibility and brand presence across the assigned geography Qualifications and Experience MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred. Must have 3–5 years of total sales experience in a regional/state-level sales leadership role Prior experience in Edtech/FMCG/Insurance sector with proven sales/territory growth Good understanding of the Punjab/Haryana markets, with an existing network of educational institutions or agents. Exposure to EdTech sales or B2B partnerships or Sales in the any of the above domains Hands-on experience in lead generation, channel development, and field team management Implement state-level sales strategies and ensure high field productivity Preferred: Familiarity with the education ecosystem in Punjab/Haryana Hands-on experience in both product-based and service-based sales models Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and regional field sales reporting Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential. Punjabi (for Punjab role) is a strong plus.
