State Sales Manager

Job Title: State Sales Manager – South Region (Solar Inverters & Energy Storage Solutions)
Location: South India | Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are looking for a State Sales Manager – South Region to drive sales, business development, and market expansion for solar inverters, lithium batteries, hybrid systems, and energy storage solutions across the complete South region. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong customer & partner relationships, and supporting the company’s growth in residential, commercial, and industrial solar segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve state-level sales targets through direct sales, channel development, and EPC engagement.
• Expand the dealer/distributor network and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, closure, and after-sales coordination.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and government renewable energy policies.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver region-specific campaigns and solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, timely collections, and accurate sales reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical); MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of sales experience in solar inverters, batteries, or renewable energy solutions.
• Proven track record in managing sales across South India with strong channel and EPC connections.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹433,560.24 - ₹1,278,663.75 per year
