State Sales Manager – Rice & Pulses Machinery

Location: Andhra & Telangana
Qualification: Diploma / BE – Mechanical
Experience: 10–15 years in Rice Milling / Pulses / Grain Processing industry
Reporting to: Head – Sales / Business Head

Key Responsibilities

• Drive state-level sales strategy for rice milling, pulses processing, parboiling, storage silos, and allied equipment
• Develop and manage dealer / channel networks and large institutional customers
• Identify new business opportunities through market mapping, site visits, and competitor analysis
• Lead key account acquisition, negotiations, and contract closures (B2B & project sales)
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for product positioning, demos, and launches
• Track sales funnel using CRM, monitor conversions, and ensure forecast accuracy
• Achieve revenue, order intake, and margin targets for the assigned state
• Represent the organization at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and regulatory changes to stay competitive

Key Skills & Exposure

• Strong exposure to rice milling / pulses / grain processing machinery
• Proven experience in B2B capital equipment sales
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage large territories and cross-functional coordination
• CRM, MIS reporting, and data-driven sales approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
