Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our business development efforts in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITILITE and be able to drive growth and expansion. As a State Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development initiatives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in ITILITE with a focus on business development and growth.
Strong understanding of the IT Services & Consulting industry and its trends.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
