About the Role:

State Business Head – Outreach

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 4+ Managers and 20+ Executives to drive business outcomes across your state.
• Develop and implement

  school/college outreach

  strategies to increase student engagement and program registrations.
• Identify and connect with decision-makers in educational institutions, deliver impactful presentations, and manage end-to-end demo execution.
• Recruit, train, and manage your territory team, consistently monitoring KPIs and performance.
• Establish and nurture

  relationships with institutions, channel partners, and stakeholders

  for sustained growth.
• Plan and execute

  BTL marketing activities

  and outreach campaigns in target regions.
• Analyze market trends, track competition, and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Optimize processes and workflows to increase efficiency and enhance demo quality.
• Manage budgets for outreach operations and ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and track the complete lead journey.
• Handle escalations, resolve issues proactively, and improve customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirement:

• 4+ years of experience in Sales/Pre-Sales leadership, preferably in EdTech.

• Strong experience in team building, performance tracking, and funnel management.
• Proven ability to

  close deals, negotiate with institutions, and lead field teams.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability and business acumen.
• Passionate about making a large-scale impact in a fast-paced startup environment.
