Through its wide network of Customer Service Points (CSPs) , SRPS is committed to delivering last-mile access to essential banking services under initiatives such as the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) and related social security schemes. Position Overview: The State Head Financial Inclusion / e-Governance / PMJDY will be responsible for managing and expanding SRPS operations within the assigned state, ensuring effective coordination with partner banks (such as the National Bank). The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, strong communication , and in-depth knowledge of financial inclusion projects, driving performance, compliance, and operational efficiency across all CSPs and districts under their supervision. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between SRPS Fintech and the partner bank at the state level. Ensure smooth coordination of all Financial Inclusion / e-Governance activities and deliverables under PMJDY and related schemes (PMAPY, PMJJBY, PMSBY, etc.). Monitor and drive CSP onboarding, activation, and transaction growth across all districts in the state. Lead and guide District Managers / FI Coordinators , providing direction, training, and motivation to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Represent SRPS Fintech at review meetings at LHO/Bank Head Office/Zonal Office / Regional Office of the partner bank and manage official communications. Ensure all onboarding documentation, compliance checks, and training requirements are completed on time. Identify operational challenges, coordinate with bank officials and SRPS management, and ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate records and prepare performance and progress reports for submission to senior management and partner banks. Strengthen professional relationships with bank officials, CSPs, and district teams , ensuring transparency and accountability. Supervise field operations and ensure adherence to bank, government, and company guidelines related to Financial Inclusion. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree (Graduate) ; preference for candidates with Commerce, Management, or Finance background. 36 years of experience in Financial Inclusion / e-Governance / PMJDY / Bank Correspondent (BC) management roles. Experience in managing bank tie-ups, CSP networks, or government-linked financial schemes is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language . Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint , and digital reporting tools. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel across the state as required. Responsible for ensuring completion & submission of documents at the Banks office for opening BC/CSPs. Ensuring proper selection of BC/CSP location & Kiosk Operator with vision of business sustainability. Working towards increasing business performance of BC/CSPs. Controlling & monitoring of BC/CSPs to avoid Frauds. Achieving targets set by Head Office. Manages all districts. Representation at Head office, Zonal office, Regional level offices as well as district level offices. Any other work; as and when required pertaining Financial Inclusion business. Requirement of Candidate : Financial inclusion sector. Needs a two-wheeler. Should have handled a team. Computer Skills - Basic level - Mails, MS Excel, MS Word. Good Communication skills - Written & Oral Provide guidance, mentorship and effective knowledge management within the team to ensure profitability. Work closely with the Bank HQ/ZO/RO/Linked Branch - Head of the organization in order to agree and ensure delivery of strategic plans. Work with the SMT to ensure optimum allocation of work within the team, adherence to timelines, the achievement of milestones and take responsibility for corrective action as and when required. Identify, assess and manage risks arising out of operational plan, design or delivery. Manage multiple stakeholders and work closely with them. Work on the results from learning and reflection exercise to create best practices and introduce process improvements.
