Review and analyze client requirements to suggest appropriate technical solutions. Draft and update technical documents and reports as required. Communicate regularly with design and engineering teams to clarify technical queries.Prepare detailed cost estimations, quotations, and proposals for client projects. Engage in negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Support contract finalization, including purchase orders and agreements.Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing models regularly. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Provide techno-commercial support to the sales team to help secure new projects.Assist project teams by providing BOQs, technical specs, and securing material approvals.Track project progress, deliveries, and timelines to ensure contract compliance.
