Job Description – Tender Expert

Industry: Manpower/Recruitment Services

Location: Bihar/Jharkhand

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Tender Expert with hands-on experience in handling end-to-end tendering processes for manpower services. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Government and Private Tender Portals and proven expertise in preparing quotations, documentation, and submission of offline and online tenders across Bihar and Jharkhand.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end tender process including identification, preparation, documentation, submission, and follow-up.

Prepare and submit tender quotations, BOQs, financial bids, and technical bids.

Handle tender-related activities on eProcurement portals such as EPROC 2, CPP Portal, IREPS, and GeM.

Manage offline manpower tenders specific to Bihar and Jharkhand.

Prepare invoices, maintain records, and ensure timely compliance.

Use Excel extensively for data management, MIS reports, costing sheets, and analysis.

Track tender notifications and updates to ensure timely participation.

Liaise with internal teams and clients for documentation and requirement gathering.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, MIS reporting).

Knowledge of EPROC 2, CPP, IREPS, and GeM portals.

Understanding of offline tendering processes in Bihar & Jharkhand.

Excellent documentation, drafting, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously with attention to detail.

Qualifications:-

Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Management preferred).

2–3 years of relevant work experience in tender management for manpower services.

Knowledge of invoicing and compliance requirements.
