Sales Manager Tractor

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tractor Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and expand our market presence across Bihar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tractor or agricultural equipment sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing our dealer network, driving sales, and building strong relationships with both dealers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual tractor sales targets.

Dealer & Customer Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with our dealer network and customers.

•

Field Activities: Plan and execute field visits, product demonstrations, and promotional events to drive sales.

•

Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and provide valuable market insights to help shape our sales strategy.

•

Leadership: Lead local sales operations to ensure sustained revenue growth and market share expansion.

Requirements

•

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in tractor or agricultural equipment sales.

•

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

•

Network Management: Demonstrated ability to manage dealer networks and drive customer acquisition.

•

Local Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local market in Bihar is highly preferred.
