Architect(Female)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership & Conceptualization

- Develop and present creative design concepts as per client requirements and company

standards.

- Ensure functional, innovative, and aesthetically strong solutions.

- Review and refine design proposals prepared by team members.

2. Project Planning & Management

- Assist in managing projects from concept to execution.

- Prepare project schedules, drawings, and deliverables.

- Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

3. Client Interaction & Coordination

- Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and design vision.

- Prepare presentations, drawings, and design discussions.

- Handle design modifications while maintaining project feasibility.

4. Technical Oversight & Detailing

- Prepare detailed working drawings, submission sets, and municipal drawings.

- Ensure designs meet statutory codes and technical standards.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integration.

5. Team Support & Collaboration

- Work closely with senior architects and guide junior staff/draughtsmen.

- Assist in creating a collaborative and professional design environment.

- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and growth.

6. Quality Control & Compliance

- Ensure drawings and documents are accurate, consistent, and compliant.

- Adhere to Bihar Bye-laws and other regulatory approvals.

- Conduct periodic reviews and support site audits.

7. Site & Execution Support

- Visit sites for inspections and resolve design-related queries.

- Work with contractors to ensure design implementation.

- Develop concepts and detailed drawings (architectural, electrical, plumbing, etc.) as per project

needs.

Preferred Knowledge:
- School, Hospital, Hotel, Farmhouse, and Institutional Planning.

- Strong command in conceptual, working, and presentation drawings.

- Understanding of local building regulations and by-laws.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
