Sr. Tech Lead

Job Title: Tech Lead (Full Stack – Laravel / PHP / React)

Ltd. is looking for a Tech Lead to take ownership of multiple internal projects and guidea small team of interns. The ideal candidate is a hands-on full-stack engineer skilled in Laravel/PHP, React.js,AWS, Docker, and Hostinger deployments — with strong leadership, problem-solving, and code securityexpertise.You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered efficiently, securely, and with best developmentpractices while mentoring the interns working on them.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor juniors working on the Loan Management System (LMS) built in Laravel/PHP.
• Oversee and assist in completing React-based applications (Kanban and E-commerce).
• Perform code reviews, resolve bugs, and enforce secure coding practices.
• Manage hosting, deployment, and configurations on Hostinger and AWS.
• Set up and maintain Docker containers for development and production environments.
• Use TortoiseGit / GitHub / GitLab for version control, branching, and code management.
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines and maintain deployment consistency.
• Implement and monitor server security, SSL certificates, and secure database access.
• Collaborate with management to define timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
• Support intern hiring, onboarding, and skill development.
• Maintain high standards for application stability, scalability, and security.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development and project leadership.
• Expertise in Laravel/PHP (backend) and React.js (frontend).
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and database optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Hostinger and AWS deployment environments.
• Practical understanding of Docker, container setup, and environment replication.
• Proficient in Git and TortoiseGit for version control.
• Deep understanding of web application security, including secure authentication, encryption, API security,

and mitigating common vulnerabilities (SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, etc.).

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, DevOps basics, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead / Senior Developer in a startup or small team.

• Knowledge of Agile/Kanban project management methodologies. • Experience with Fintech / Loan Management Systems is an added advantage.
