Sr. Tech Lead

The culture is deeply rooted in four core values: Respect for Individuals, Hunger to Learn, Promises Delivered, and Keep it Simple. - Perform continuous inventory and risk assessment of both IT and OT assets such as servers, workstations, PLCs, and SCADA systems. - Develop and implement security policies that address both IT and OT environments. - Lead response efforts for cyber incidents affecting both systems and ensure minimal disruption to production and services. - Monitor and analyze emerging threats specific to both IT and OT environments. - Implement network segmentation strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards. - 8 to 12 years of experience in asset management, cybersecurity strategy development, incident coordination, threat intelligence, network segmentation, compliance, and auditing. - Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment are essential for success in this position.
