Sr. Tech Lead

As a Senior Tech Lead at our organization, you will be a specialist in a particular sphere of technology. Your role will involve supporting the adoption and implementation of newer technology through your valuable technical knowledge and practical experience. With a B.Tech/M.Tech degree and 8-12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in translating customer pain points and expectations into technical requirements. You will then prepare plans to address them appropriately. Collaboration with the sales and pre-sales team will be key as you showcase the organizational capabilities in technology. Your expertise will be utilized to provide recommendations and suggestions aimed at seamlessly delivering application engineering solutions in Sterlite Tech to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with the Technology Unit Head to visualize and implement new technology while identifying and reporting any technical roadblocks in implementation or adoption. Remaining up-to-date with the latest technological advances in your field and initiating plans to implement these advancements at Sterlite will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be responsible for promoting a culture of good manufacturing practices, driving Sterlite's values, and fostering continuous improvement within the organization. Furthermore, mentoring and coaching the reporting staff and other employees will be crucial aspects of your role.
