Position Summary: The BNG Integration Engineer will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and optimization of BNG systems within our network. This role requires extensive knowledge of BNG technology, network protocols, and integration processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable network solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. implement, and integrate BNG systems into the existing network infrastructure, Develop and execute integration plans, ensuring minimal disruption to network services. 2. Coordinate with network architects, engineers, and operations teams to ensure successful BNG deployments. 3. Configure BNG devices, including setting up subscriber management, authentication, and policy enforcement , Manage IP addressing, DHCP configurations, and routing protocols relevant to BNG operations. 4. Perform pre- and post-integration testing to ensure system stability and performance, Validate the integration through rigorous testing scenarios and troubleshoot any issues that arise. 5. Document integration processes, configurations, and network changes. Provide detailed reports on integration progress, challenges, and outcomes 6. Optimize BNG configurations to enhance performance and reliability, Provide ongoing support and maintenance for BNG systems, Assist in the development of troubleshooting procedures and technical support guidelines 7. Work closely with other network design engineers, Project Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration success. 8. Train operations and support teams on BNG functionalities and integration procedures. Qualifications : Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Location : Bangalore and Gurgaon Experience: 1.Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on BNG systems. 2.Proven experience in integrating and managing BNG devices from vendors like Nokia, Cisco, Juniper etc. 3.Hands-on experience with network protocols and technologies, including PPPoE, IPoE, DHCP, and RADIUS. Technical Skills: 1.Strong understanding of BNG architecture and subscriber management. 2.Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting BNG systems. 3.Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools. Soft Skills: 1.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 2.Strong communication and documentation skills. 3.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4.Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications: 1.Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA,NRS-1/2 or equivalent. 2.Experience with cloud networking and virtualization technologies. 3.Knowledge of network security practices and protocols.
