Key Responsibilities


Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Develop and execute a

    comprehensive content marketing strategy

  • Lead

  • Define

    brand messaging, tone, and storytelling approach

Content & Digital Strategy

  • Develop high-quality

    blogs, video scripts, podcasts, and educational content

    that simplify life insurance concepts.
  • Lead

  • Manage content for the

    website.


Customer Engagement & Community Building

  • Drive

    customer-centric campaigns

    , such as referral initiatives like "Badhiye with Buddy," to boost participation.
  • Develop

    social media engagement strategies

    , incorporating Zomato-style witty notifications and Hinglish narratives.
  • Work with design and UX teams to enhance the digital experience through storytelling.


Legal & Compliance Coordination

  • Ensure all marketing content and campaigns adhere to

    regulatory guidelines

    and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with

    legal and compliance teams

    to secure approvals for marketing materials.
  • Stay updated on

    regulatory changes

    affecting life insurance and financial services marketing.


Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Collaborate with

    cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and UI/UX designers

  • Manage relationships with

    external agencies and vendors

Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze content performance and marketing campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

    .
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand strategy, or digital marketing

    , preferably in

    the BFSI sector

  • Proven expertise in

    developing and executing brand campaigns

    across digital and offline channels.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial topics for diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing
