Sr. Sales Officer

As a Senior Sales Executive at our company, you will play a vital role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking and market research. - Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. - Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients. - Negotiating and closing deals with customers, followed by ensuring post-sales follow-up. - Maintaining an updated sales pipeline and generating sales activity reports. - Collaborating with marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns. - Staying updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven track record of success in B2B or B2C sales. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. - Willingness to travel as needed.
