Job Title: Business Development Manager Department: Sales / Business Development Job Summary: The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves market research, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to expand the company’s reach and impact. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to tailor solutions to client needs. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategy. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools. Prepare regular reports on performance, forecasts, and market insights. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a similar role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience in the relevant industry ( Construction and Interior design ). Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
