Sr. Sales Officer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering accelerated and profitable business growth through Channel and retail Sales, specifically for Wires & Cables / Modular Switches Accessories. Your primary tasks will include handling sales, appointing and monitoring Dealers & Distributors, promoting products, building market position, tracking competition activity, managing customer relationships, sales forecasting, and achieving sales targets within the given time frame. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver accelerated and profitable business growth through Channel and retail Sales for Wires & Cables / Modular Switches Accessories - Appoint and monitor Dealers & Distributors in the assigned location - Promote existing & new products and any special deals in the assigned location - Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships - Keep track of competition activity in the market (Competitor Mapping) - Manage customer relationship with Dealers and retailers - Conduct sales forecasting and control - Manage complete business operations with accountability for profitability & executing pre-designated targets within the given time frame - Achieve sales target and revenue targets through the dealer distribution network Qualifications Required: - Experience in Sales & Retail Sales - Experience in the Cable & Wire Industry Please note: This is a Full-time, Permanent position with in-person work location.
