Aarya Loans Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for Sales Officers to promote and sell our financial products including Home Loans, Business Loans, Personal Loans, and Loan Against Property. The role involves lead generation, customer counseling, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, and field activities.
• Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to customers.
• Collect and verify customer documents as per bank/NBFC guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned loan products.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
• Maintain updated records of leads, customers, and sales activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in loan sales/telecalling/financial products.
• Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
• Knowledge of loans and financial products preferred.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience & performance).
