Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Officer (Telecalling) to join our Goregaon team. The role involves generating leads, explaining loan products, and converting customers for Home Loans, Business Loans, and Personal Loans. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in loan sales/telecalling, strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Home, Business, and Personal Loans.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Generate leads through cold calling, references, and database calling.
• Maintain follow-ups to ensure conversion of leads into loan applications.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication (Hindi, English, and Marathi preferred).
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of loan products (Home Loan, Business Loan, Personal Loan).
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, CRM).
• Positive attitude and customer-first approach.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate/12th Pass with relevant experience.
• Experience: 1–2 years in Telecalling/Loan Sales (Banking, NBFC, or DSA preferred).
• Candidates from Goregaon/Mumbai Western suburbs will be preferred.
