Objective of the Role: To drive secondary sales and expand distribution in the assigned territory by managing channel partners, executing trade marketing initiatives, and ensuring strong visibility of FMCG products across retail and wholesale outlets. Role & responsibilities: 1. Sales & Distribution Management Achieve secondary sales targets within the assigned geography. Manage and grow sales through stockists and distributors. 2. Market Mapping & Development Conduct detailed market mapping to identify potential areas for growth. Expand distribution coverage and improve reach. 3. New Product Launches Plan and execute successful launches of new products. Ensure product availability and visibility through trade partners. 4. Market Research & Analysis Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies. Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to management. 5. Trade Marketing & Promotions Execute BTL activities including schemes, promotions, and visibility initiatives. Enhance brand presence at retail and wholesale points. 6. Market Share Growth Drive initiatives to increase market share in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and trade partners. Benefits: 3.75 - 5Lpa + Vehicle Allowance + Incentives. Preferred candidate profile: Education: Graduate in any discipline. A postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or PGDM in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of both urban and rural market dynamics. Experience: Prior experience in channel sales within the same or similar geography is highly desirable. Professional Attributes: Energetic and proactive with a hands-on approach. Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic market environments. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
