About Us:

Nirosha Foods is a Bhubaneswar-based Food & Beverage company offering a wide range of products including chips, fryums, sweets, and namkeens. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Sales Officer for the Bhubaneswar market.

Job Summary:

The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributor/retailer relationships, and ensuring market coverage in Bhubaneswar. Candidates with FMCG experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Visit distributors, retailers, and wholesalers to generate sales.
• Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability in the market.
• Execute company schemes, offers, and promotions.
• Collect market insights and competitor feedback.
• Submit daily sales reports to the head office.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience (Freshers with strong interest may apply).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within Bhubaneswar region.
• Target-driven and result-oriented personality.
