Sr. Sales Officer

As a Sales Officer at Aarya Loans Solution Pvt Ltd in Mumbai Goregaon, your primary role will be to promote and sell financial products such as Home Loans, Business Loans, Personal Loans, and Loan Against Property. You will be responsible for lead generation, customer counseling, and achieving sales targets while providing exceptional service to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, and field activities. - Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to customers. - Collect and verify customer documents in accordance with bank/NBFC guidelines. - Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business. - Meet monthly sales targets for assigned loan products. - Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for seamless loan processing and disbursement. - Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, and sales activities. **Skills & Qualifications:** - 12 years of experience in loan sales, telecalling, or financial products. - Proficiency in communication and persuasion skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages. - Knowledge of loans and financial products is advantageous. - Goal-oriented, self-driven, and enthusiastic about continuous learning. - Basic computer skills including MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
