Job Description

Role Overview

We are hiring experienced, target-driven, and result-oriented Sales Professionals with proven expertise in hotel sales. The role requires strong knowledge of B2B and room sales, the ability to handle the full sales cycle, and the capability to build long-term relationships with travel partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesB2B & Room Sales

  • Drive B2B sales through travel agents, corporates, and channel partners.
  • Generate revenue through hotel room sales, packages, and long-stay bookings.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in assigned markets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build, manage, and retain strong relationships with corporate and travel trade partners.
  • Understand client requirements and propose relevant room solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Planning & Execution

  • Conduct regular market visits, meetings, and site visits.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain and update a Monthly Sales Tracker for revenue and key accounts.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market conditions.
  • Share timely feedback to support strategic sales planning.

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with Reservations, Operations, and Front Office teams for smooth booking management.
  • Ensure accurate communication of client requirements across departments.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2–6 years of experience in Hotel Sales / Travel Trade Sales.
  • Strong network of travel agents or corporate clients is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue.
  • Willingness to travel for market visits and client meetings.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and daily reporting.
