We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Hotel Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist guests professionally while supporting daily hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and hotel premises.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other teams for smooth operations.
• Assist in food & beverage service when required (serving, order taking, table setting).
• Ensure safety, security, and comfort of guests at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel SOPs.
• Support management in daily operational tasks and special events.
• Report maintenance issues or service concerns promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10th/12th/Graduate (Any stream).
• Prior experience in hotel industry preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (for front office roles).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
