Role Overview: As a Restaurant Service Staff (Waiter/Waitress), your main responsibility is to serve food to customers, ensure they have a pleasant dining experience, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. You will interact directly with guests to provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome guests politely and guide them to their tables. - Provide menus and explain specials if needed. - Take food orders clearly and correctly. - Serve food and beverages on time. - Refill water, check on guests, and attend to their needs. - Clear used dishes and clean tables quickly. - Ensure the dining area is clean and well-arranged. - Handle customer queries and complaints politely. - Work with kitchen staff and teammates smoothly. Qualification Required: - 10th/12th pass or any graduate (training and dinner will be provided).
