As a Telecaller at Champak Magazine, your main responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone. You will handle subscription renewals, address queries, and promote new subscription plans. Your excellent communication skills, customer-first attitude, and sales acumen will be key in this role. Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to remind customers about renewals, handling inbound calls to resolve queries, maintaining a customer database, promoting new subscription offers, following up with potential leads, addressing customer complaints, and providing feedback to the management team for continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum Higher Secondary certification or Graduate degree, along with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Hindi and English is required, along with strong interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, patience in handling objections, fondness for children's literature, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude.
