Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Saleswoman to join our furniture store team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for interior design and home furnishings, and the ability to provide outstanding service while meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture products.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Prepare sales quotes and process orders using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and inventory.
• Assist in arranging and displaying furniture to maximize appeal.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales service.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home decor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
