Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sales specialist. The Saleswoman will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and presenting the company’s innovative solutions effectively. Responsibilities also include achieving sales targets, preparing proposals, reporting sales performance, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to better meet customer needs.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Knowledge in electric mobility, clean energy, or technology solutions
Ability to meet targets and effectively manage time
Proficiency in preparing sales proposals and reports
Team collaboration and problem-solving skills
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proven experience in the energy or technology industry is a plus
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
