Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Engineering, 3 12 years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter support or PLM consulting roles. Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, custom modules, workflows , and data models. Experience in working with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and end-users. Ability to create clear and concise documentation such as BRDs, test cases, and training materials. Proficiency in handling production issues, providing impact analysis, and performing root cause analysis. Excellent communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Teamcenter version upgrades, patch deployments, and system configuration is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: Create and update 2D/3D part drawings using Siemens NX. Support the design and standardization of fasteners (bolts, nuts, screws, washers) as per industry standards. Assist in creating new part numbers and maintaining standard part libraries in Teamcenter. Work with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure drawing accuracy and process alignment. Contribute to design reviews and suggest improvements to enhance quality and reduce complexity. Support documentation activities including ORC and lesson learnt closures. Skills Required: Proficiency in Siemens NX CAD . Basic knowledge of fasteners and mechanical components. Good understanding of engineering drawing standards and GD&T. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities Provide first-level support to Teamcenter end-users by troubleshooting issues in core modules such as PLM and Document Management. Ensure timely resolution by logging, prioritizing, and tracking support tickets in line with defined SLAs. Collaborate with senior support staff to manage high-priority incidents effectively. Analyze recurring issues to propose long-term fixes and enhancements. Maintain proactive communication with users regarding issue status and resolution updates. Desired Candidate Profile Proficiency in using Teamcenter software applications. Strong understanding of PLM concepts including change management, configuration management, document management. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry (Auto Components).
