PLM Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Teamcenter PLM Support Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems while supporting live projects and business users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Teamcenter PLM users and resolve system-related issues.

• Respond quickly to user queries to minimize downtime and ensure smooth system operation.

• Handle urgent support requests and coordinate testing for software updates or patches.

• Work closely with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and ensure accurate implementation.

• Conduct basic training sessions to help users understand and effectively use Teamcenter features.

• Test and validate new functionalities or custom modules before release.

• Maintain documentation such as user guides, issue logs, and training materials for future reference.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Basic understanding of Teamcenter or any PLM tool (preferred, not mandatory)

• Ability to work well in a team and learn new tools quickly

• A positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn
