PLM Consultant

Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and knowledgeable PLM Consultant with 34 years of relevant experience to support, coordinate, and maintain Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems across our group companies.

The candidate must be familiar with Dassault PLM (3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA) including configuration, setup, system administration, and functional workflows used in a manufacturing environment.

This role will work closely with the external implementation partner during the project phase and will take full responsibility for ongoing operation, maintenance, and enhancement of the PLM system after go-live.

Key Responsibilities

1. PLM Implementation Support

• Collaborate with the PLM implementation partner and internal teams during all stages of the PLM deployment.
• Understand engineering, R&D, production, and quality requirements and support mapping them into PLM workflows.
• Review configurations, participate in testing, and support UAT to ensure successful rollout across group companies.

2. PLM Configuration & Administration

• Assist in configuration and setup of Dassault PLM (ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE) modules.
• Manage user roles, access control, policies, data models, and workflows.
• Maintain engineering data structures (EBOM/MBOM), templates, and system rules.
• Ensure proper documentation of changes and system configurations.

3. Post-Implementation Support

• Act as the primary in-house PLM support for day-to-day issues and improvements.
• Troubleshoot system problems, coordinate with vendors for complex issues, and ensure smooth system operations.
• Support enhancement requests and provide continuous improvement suggestions.

4. Process Documentation & Training

• Prepare SOPs, configuration documents, and user guidelines for PLM processes.
• Conduct training programs and user enablement sessions across group companies.
• Ensure data quality, version control, and proper usage of PLM by all functions.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with Engineering, R&D, Production, SCM, and Quality teams to ensure PLM adoption and alignment with business processes.
• Support integration touchpoints with ERP (Infor LN/ SAP) and CAD systems (CATIA preferred).

6. Vendor & Project Coordination

• Coordinate with the service partner for upgrades, fixes, and configuration changes.
• Track implementation progress and ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.

Technical Skills

• Good hands-on experience with Dassault PLM – 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA.
