Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to Teamcenter end-users by troubleshooting issues in core modules such as PLM and Document Management.
  • Ensure timely resolution by logging, prioritizing, and tracking support tickets in line with defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with senior support staff to manage high-priority incidents effectively.
  • Analyze recurring issues to propose long-term fixes and enhancements.
  • Maintain proactive communication with users regarding issue status and resolution updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in using Teamcenter software applications.
  • Strong understanding of PLM concepts including change management, configuration management, document management.
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry (Auto Components).
