Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using
Node.js
for backend and
React.js
for frontend development.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with various third-party services.
Work with both
SQL (Postgres)
and
NoSQL
databases to manage data effectively.
Utilize
CI/CD
practices and tools such as
Jenkins
and
Docker
for automated deployment.
Deploy and manage applications on
AWS
services including
S3
,
ECS
,
SQS
,
Lambda
, and
ECR
.
Collaborate with team members to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and reliability.
Implement caching strategies using
Redis
and message queuing with
RabbitMQ
as needed.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3+ years
of experience in full stack development with a focus on
Node.js
and
JavaScript
.
Proficiency in building applications using
React.js
for frontend development.
Strong understanding of
SQL (Postgres)
and
NoSQL
databases.
Experience with
CI/CD
pipelines and tools such as
Jenkins
and
Docker
.
Familiarity with
AWS
services, particularly
S3
,
ECS
,
SQS
,
Lambda
, and
ECR
.
Knowledge of
Express
framework for building web applications.
Experience in developing and consuming
REST APIs
.
Understanding of caching mechanisms using
Redis
and message brokers like
RabbitMQ
is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably
Git
.
