Job Description

Role Overview
The Tele-caller (B2B) will be responsible for contacting, and managing travel agents, corporate travel partners, and tour operators. The role focuses purely on B2B communication, rate sharing, lead follow-ups, and maintaining strong agent partnerships to drive bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate travel partners to introduce SAY Rooms and Homes properties.
  • Share B2B rates, availability, and property details with agents in a clear and professional manner.
  • Handle inbound queries from travel agents regarding bookings, room types, and negotiated tariffs.
  • Maintain updated records of agent contacts, rate agreements, and booking conversations in the sheet
  • Coordinate with the Reservations and Operations teams to confirm agent bookings or special requests.
  • Follow up with inactive or potential agents to generate more B2B business.
  • Promote upcoming offers, property updates, seasonal deals, and special tariffs for travel partners.
  • Ensure smooth communication and build strong, reliable relationships with travel agents.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new agents by explaining processes, documentation, and rate structures.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly B2B call targets, follow-up goals, and agent conversion metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
  • Experience in B2B tele-calling, travel industry, or hotel sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi; regional language is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of hotel rates, dynamic pricing, travel agent commissions, and basic hospitality terms.
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with agents and negotiate confidently.
  • Basic computer literacy: Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business, email communication.
  • Strong follow-up ability and target-oriented mindset.
