Key Responsibilities: · Generate and qualify leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects. · Conduct site visits and present solar solutions to prospective clients. · Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients. · Follow up with clients and ensure smooth project handover to the installation team. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to the Sales Manager. · Stay updated on solar technology trends, government schemes, and subsidies. Requirements: · Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience ; experience in solar, energy, or related sectors preferred. · Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple, client-friendly manner. · Target-driven and self-motivated. · Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region. · Graduate in any discipline; technical background is a plus.
