We are committed to promoting clean energy adoption and providing sustainable solutions for our clients. Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with clients in the solar energy sector. Key Responsibilities: · Generate and qualify leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects. · Conduct site visits and present solar solutions to prospective clients. · Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients. · Follow up with clients and ensure smooth project handover to the installation team. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to the Sales Manager. · Stay updated on solar technology trends, government schemes, and subsidies. Requirements: · Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience ; experience in solar, energy, or related sectors preferred. · Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple, client-friendly manner. · Target-driven and self-motivated. · Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region. · Graduate in any discipline; technical background is a plus.
