We are hiring Sr. Regional Sales Manager 4S Sales , for a Tyre manufacturing MNC based in Chennai. Candidates must have minimum 12 Years in sales experience through Automobile OEM Dealership and Service Center Channel. Job Title : Sr. Regional Sales Manager 4S Sales Experience : minimum 12 Years CTC : Upto 34 LPA including 15% variable Location : Chennai Working Days : 5 Days Qualification : Any Graduate Job Description : Identifying and developing business opportunities with OEMs to gain access to their dealership networks. Setting sales targets for the workshop team, ensuring achievement, and managing receivables. Creating and maintaining a database of workshop owners, building relationships with key decision-makers, and engaging with both prospective and existing corporate customers. Planning and executing field campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and tactical sales strategies. Designing and managing marketing and loyalty programs for the channel. Conducting promotional activities tailored to workshop-specific needs. Analyzing the workshop business landscape to forecast demand effectively. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in sales. Overseeing the design and procurement of internal branding materials such as pamphlets, standees, handouts, and banners. Identifying workshops nationwide to expand the channel through industry and competitor analysis. Implementing the 4S sales strategy across the workshop network. Assisting in the development of partner commercials for the workshop business through industry benchmarking.
