About the Role:

As a Senior Product QA Developer, you will join a Product Engineering team of bright, talented developers, data scientists and designers working hard to create phenomenal user experiences for our customers. You will be very familiar with agile development processes.

This is a great opportunity for you to gain domain expertise in software that supports and delivers growth to the Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, or Service industries . Your possible projects include developing and enhancing functionality, web-enabling products, or extending our mobile and SaaS / Cloud offerings using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

What You’ll Do:

• Work as part of cross functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition through to delivery.
• Understanding and defining test strategies for ML models and embeddings
• Creating structured test cases for LLM prompts
• Provide the foundation for building test cases and the execution of manual test cases.
• Under general supervision, develop, modify, and enhance existing automated test scripts, databases, and software documentation to meet customer needs.
• Building an Automation Framework and maintaining its superior class of Quality.
• Establish computer testing, simulation, and evaluation procedures; identify and resolve automated script problems; and perform other related work as necessary.
• This position also provides feedback on the products being tested and works closely with development to resolve product quality issues.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in maintaining product quality through manual and automation testing, building/designing automation framework & testing tools with good product exposure
• Extensive knowledge on testing concepts, test process, test design skills and testing techniques.
• Ability to analyze detail design specifications, provide feedback, and perform the work required from the design.
• Experience in testing AI micro services
• Analyzes requirements and clarify scope and breadth of work tasks with business analysts and product managers.
• Strong understanding of embeddings, semantic search and vector databases
• Good understandings of data pre-processing, feature validation and dataset versioning
• Automation tool hands on experience with Selenium or WebDriverIO
• API testing and automation knowledge
• Knowledge on the CICD pipeline integrations and working with Cloud environments and solutions.
• Strong expertise in python/typescript/javascript
• Reviews scripts and performs an adequate level of testing to ensure quality standards are attained.
• Learns and employs knowledge of the business segment targeted by the software application.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to flesh out Acceptance Criteria and develop tests around them.
• Develop automated test scripts as defined in Design Specifications and maintain good functional coverage.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

• Strong technical and logical skills are required.
• Working knowledge on ERP domain and AI projects
• Exposure to RAG model
• 5 to 8 Yrs of hands-on experience in Automation testing with good product experience
• Manual and automated testing skills on Mobile and other devices
• Having good experience in Automation testing, scripting (OOPS knowledge), TypeScript, writing SQL queries
• Strong in Troubleshooting, deployment and debugging with good programming skills
• Performance testing is a plus
