Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and proven expertise in procurement, negotiation, inventory, and stock management, particularly in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, components, and equipment for HVAC projects and operations.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and maintain records of goods ordered and received.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and project teams to ensure stock availability.
• Maintain accurate data on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop and implement efficient procurement strategies to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, and finance teams to forecast procurement needs.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and related technical components.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proven experience in inventory and stock management, including maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Proficient in procurement software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in ERP-based procurement systems.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation (if applicable).
• Awareness of market trends and pricing strategies in HVAC equipment and components.
